Heart Health and Fitness is a family run business, by mother and son Tracy and Ezra, both of whom are trainers passionate about health and fitness. We put an emphasis on doing things right and look to make long term changes to your lifestyle for the better. We do not look for short term easy fixes like diet pills or crash diets. We get results by doing things the right way through good food and exercise so you not only look good but also feel good because you are fit and healthy.
Meet The Team

Ezra
Ezra is 30 years old a qualified fitness instructor, group instructor and personal trainer. He is a former chef and has a passion for food having written 2 healthy eating recipe books. He has a sporting background in rugby and prides himself on hard work. His areas of speciality are resistance training, calesthenics and food.
As a trainer Ezra looks for hard work and commitment. There is no elevator to success you have to take the stairs. You get what you work for so you have to be willing to work if you want to see results. Consistency is key.

Tracy
Tracy Guilfoyle is 54 years old and a qualified Fitness and Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer and Athletics Coach. Her Sporting background is as an athlete specializing in Marathon running. She brings her knowledge of training to compete and maintain fitness and overcoming injuries as you get older to the team. Her Pilates experience helps her recognise muscular and postural imbalances that can lead to injury . She knows first hand how it makes the body function well and have a strong core and good posture.

Fawn
Fawn Guilfoyle is a 26 year old qualified personal trainer, group & fitness instructor. She has a bachelors degree in sports studies and physical education and is currently completing a masters in Health Promotion. Fawn specialises in resistance and high intensity training, with a special emphasis on exercising for health benefits. A mother of one, Fawn knows the importance of making sustainable lifestyle changes that fit into your schedule and that most of all you enjoy. With her clients she is not looking for quick fixes but long term changes. Programmes are tailored specifically for each individua to achieve maximum results and enjoyment. Working together with you so you can love your body and improve your health.
